High housekeeping standards

• Our room entry key cards are all sanitised before use

• Our housekeeping team have the highest standards in cleanliness and hygiene and cleaning is undertaken in accordance with the WHO guidelines for hotel cleaning.

• Bed linen and towels – All linen and towels are professionally laundered in accordance with WHO guidelines and washed at over 70°C to thermally disinfect.

• Protective equipment for our teams – Our team members are provided with appropriate protective equipment to allow them to assist our guests safely and efficiently.

Hygiene throughout

• Auto-dispense hand sanitiser is available in public areas.

• Frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, such as check-in kiosk, door handles and handrails. In our rooms, we pay special attention to heating controls, TV remotes, door handles and desks.
